Located alongside the golf course, the residence is only a short walk from the ponic ouest shopping center, noeveillard beach and marina and the old harbor. On site, guests will find a private, fenced in swimming pool with a children's playing area, and the clubhouse restaurant at the pornic golf club is next door to the property. Both one bedroom apartments and two bedroom cottages feature the amenities necessary to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. One bedroom apartments can accommodate up to five persons and feature a living room with one pullout bed and one single bed, bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with shower and separate wc, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring four hot plates, refrigerator, combined grill and microwave oven, dishwasher and electric coffeemaker. Two bedroom cottages offer a ground floor with a living room featuring one pullout bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, storeroom, and wc. The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles beds, and a bathroom. Other amenities of both units include a telephone, balcony or terrace and television connection. Television rental is available for 38.50 euros/week.
